Al saber que solo cunetas con esquema day pass es servicio por los meseros o barman es limitado al igual que en los restaurantes, los huéspedes existentes apartan los camastros aun sin usarlos por lo que es necesario estar bsu ando algún lugar donde estar siendo incomodidad para los empleados del hotel, en general el hotel es bastante bueno, los alimentos variados y con buen sazón, instalaciones limpias
Muy bonito el hotel, excelente atención, te tratan como a cualquier huésped. Muy rica la comida y las bebidas. La playa del hotel tiene un bonito paisaje pero tiene muchas piedras. La pasamos excelente.
We did 3 separate day passes at Panama jack. The value for what we paid was great. My 4 year old loved the kids club. Both kids enjoyed the pool. Food was not the best I've had in the area but still good. I did try the Brazilian steakhouse one night as well which was amazing. Service all around the resort was very good. Myself and the kids also really enjoyed the shows in the evening. For me it was nice to be right in Playa del Carmen as we could walk from our condo. There are many bigger resorts with more amenities that offer day passes, but too much of a hassle and expense to get there.
Buen dia les platico!!! El lugar es bueno pero el servicio preferencial a los extranjeros, y pues por las camas que estaban incluidas pues tambien querian cobrar, las bebidas no son las que traen las botellas, conozco perfectamente los sabores y olores asi que es super peligroso eso. Saludos
