Playa Mía Grand Beach & Water Park is the perfect place to spend an excellent day pass in Cozumel, enjoy the most beautiful turquoise waters of the Mexican Caribbean. With our slides, games and our pools made thinking of all the members of the family. We have a Bucaneros Bay thinking about the smallest of the home where they will discover great surprises on the pirate ship or if you are to live stronger emotions, we have two slides where you will slide at a great speed and you will fall in our pool wanting to go back up one and again or just enjoy the sun and a refreshing drink in a whirlpool tub.

● El personal recordará a los pasajeros que mantengan la sana distancia física durante la recepción.




● Se realizará un examen de salud del pasajero una vez que llegue al parque a través de una prueba rápida que incluya chequeo de temperatura, cualquier pasajero que muestre síntomas de enfermedades respiratorias, como tos y estornudos, será excluido del tour.




● Se pedirá a cada pasajero que firme una declaración de buena salud a su llegada.




● Permitiremos que personas sanas disfruten de la excursión; el personal animará a los pasajeros a que utilicen una mascarilla o un protector facial a su llegada. Debido a las políticas del gobierno local, es obligatorio el uso de mascarilla / cubierta facial.




● Los pasajeros deben usar mascarilla / cubiertas para el rostro en áreas comunes, cerca de otros pasajeros y cuando interactúan con el personal. Debido a las políticas del gobierno local, es obligatorio el uso de mascarilla / cubierta facial.




● En el parque podrán encontrar estaciones con gel anti-bacterial .




● Tendremos marcadores que indiquen la distancia física segura que nuestros pasajeros y miembros del equipo, deben mantener entre sí. Además, marcaremos el espacio de distanciamiento físico con letreros para permitir que las personas, familias o grupos tengan un espacio seguro entre sí.




● Alentaremos a los clientes a seguir el protocolo de lavado de manos y recordarles la importancia de lavarse las manos frecuentemente con agua y jabón.
